This experience provides him with extensive knowledge of the needs and challenges of growing business ventures
By working closely with the founders and executives of ventures in order to create legal strategy, the venture can be proactive and shape its future instead of merely responding to events. MTVL is able and willing to work in teams of skilled professionals either from within or consulting to the company in order to coordinate legal strategy with finance, marketing, accounting and other key business disciplines. MTVL can also help companies identify managers and consultants who will contribute to the venture as it grows.
